Refund & Cancellation

Last Updated: June 2026 | ARC Digital

To comply with Indian payment gateway guidelines and protect the custom engineering resources allocated to your project, the following policies apply to all financial transactions with ARC Digital.

1. Non-Refundable Advance

Due to the custom nature of software engineering and digital design, the initial 30% advance payment required to initiate a project is strictly non-refundable. This payment directly covers immediate resource allocation, initial architecture planning, and server environment setup.

2. Mid-Project Cancellation

If a client chooses to cancel a project while development is actively ongoing, ARC Digital reserves the right to bill for the prorated hours of labor completed up to the date of cancellation notification. Any excess payments made beyond the cost of completed labor will be refunded within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Warranty & Bug Fixes

Once a project is deployed and the final invoice is settled, no refunds will be issued. However, ARC Digital provides a standard 30-day warranty. Any software bugs, logic flaws, or critical errors identified within this period will be fixed entirely free of charge. Feature additions requested post-launch fall outside the warranty and are billed separately.
